Lincoln Park

The Best of Lincoln Park.

The Mid-North historic district in East Lincoln Park has been long considered the birthplace of Lincoln Park. The district was built from 1865 to 1900 by various architects including Louis Sullivan and features several different and distinct styles of homes and row-homes. The high quality of its architecture, well-preserved and well-maintained, gives the Mid-North District its distinctive character. The nearby streets are lined with mature trees and gorgeous facades making this lush area a pleasure to live within.

But more than just a historic neighborhood, this location is also incredibly convenient for daily life:

1 block east of these homesites is Clark street, lined with coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, and neighborhood taverns. Just one block further east is Lincoln Park with its Zoo, beach, and wonderful lakefront path and green spaces.

Just 2 blocks west is the corner of Fullerton, Lincoln and Halsted streets. Enjoy fitness classes from Studio 3 or Equinox on your way to or from the CTA train at Fullerton Ave. Or enjoy daily essentials like Philz Coffee & Chipotle.

Also within just a few blocks are picturesque Oz Park, Lincoln Elementary School, Francis Parker School, Lincoln Park High School, and wonderful shopping along Armitage Ave.

These lots represent a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a new construction home within an established and architecturally significant neighborhood.
